POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to support our legal and risk loss team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence and contracts; administration of insurance and bonding including collection and review of COIs, renewals, and CIP enrollments; assessing customer and subcontractor compliance with Morrow’s insurance and risk management program; review and assessment of Morrow’s enrollment in project controlled insurance programs; general insurance oversight and project management; and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with our internal and external partners. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently and be able to manage high volumes of tasks and projects with guidance from the General Counsel as needed. We are looking for a candidate who pays great attention to detail, has great organization skills, and has the ability to switch gears as needed. Further, the successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company. The successful candidate will work out of our corporate office in Salem, Oregon.
**This position qualifies for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after two weeks of full-time training in the office.
